The Customer Service Representative position (full time Mon- Fri@ Nova Center ) will maintain solid client relationships by handling appointment scheduling and verification, resolving clients questions and concerns, and managing data entry.
What we're looking for:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Knowledge and proficiency with Computer
Customer Service experience
What you'll be doing:
Perform receptionist duties, acknowledging and assisting clients, visitors, vendors, etc.
Perform data entry functions into computer
Answer telephone in timely manner
Verity appointments, reschedule appointment, make appointments
Take messages for staff, or route calls to voice mail
Answer questions, verity client demographic information in computer
Accept co-payments, key into computer, print receipts
Balance monetary amounts taken daily and submit to Accounting
Conduct reminder calls for next day appointments
Scan documents into computer, fax requested information
Inform therapist the client is present, reschedule, schedule and confirm appointments
Provide excuses to clients who request appointment verification
Attend and complete required training
Attend staff meetings
Full Time Monday - Friday
