Interstate Sealant and Concrete – General Laborer

Key Responsibilities:

Confidently and proficiently perform essential functions consistently.

Work on road and airport projects, demonstrating versatility in construction environments.

Clean joints effectively using pressure washing, sandblasting, and compressed air before sealing operations.

Expertise in removing old sealant manually, understanding its impact on the final product's quality.

Utilize jackhammers for concrete removal to prepare spall repair, ensuring readiness for concrete or alternative fast-setting products.

Knowledge of proper material mixing and pouring spall material into cavities, maintaining high-quality spall finish.

Qualifications:

A valid driver's license is a must.

Willingness and ability to travel as this position is nearly 100% travel.

Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with respect to colleagues.

Trustworthy and dependable, consistently meeting deadlines.

Punctuality is essential.
