Proven experience as Customer / Customer Relation or relevant role.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills;

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and information systems;

Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust amongst colleagues;

High sense of accountability and proactive work style;
