Are you an experienced maintenance technician who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being challenged. If so, Stanley Electric is offering a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance technician (Tech level 4 or 5) to have a very rewarding career as an Injection Die Mold Maintenance Technician!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Ensuring smooth operations by:

Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing injection molds

Participating in process improvement initiatives

Setting up and operating manual machine tools

HOW YOU WILL BE REWARDED:

Starting Pay of $31.95 - $34.65 based on experience

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:

You have a minimum of 4 years of mold maintenance experience.

You have earned a trade school diploma or completed a Tool & Die Apprenticeship.

You have experience with preventative maintenance of injection molds (Disassemble, inspect for damage, reassemble.

You have experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical components. (Hot manifolds)

You can perform basic set up and operation of manual machine tools.

You have done handwork/polishing with an understanding of polishing up to a diamond A1.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Able to walk or stand for 2 hours at a time for up to 10 hours

Able to lift 50 lbs

General Office Environment (1) hour per day

Manufacturing Environment (7) hours per day

Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.

Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.

HAZARDS:

While performing the job the position is frequently exposed to moving or mechanical parts.

Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
