Squeegee Squad of Wichita is currently seeking a Full-Time Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position is not a remote job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform exterior cleaning services including window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and more

Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction on every job

Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Follow company safety protocols and guidelines

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Adhere to schedules and deadlines

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related field preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
