Job Description
We are seeking a Front Of House Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
Performance as sommelier
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of food presentation
Train and manage FOH personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Wine knowledge a must! Ability to perform as sommelier
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
