Job Description: As a Legal Intake Specialist at Preszler Injury Lawyers, you will be an integral part of the firm's growth, utilizing your legal knowledge and understanding of motor vehicle accidents to efficiently manage the intake process for potential clients. This role requires not only exceptional communication skills but also a solid foundation in legal principles, particularly in the context of personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Assessment:

Handle incoming calls from potential new clients with a focus on motor vehicle accidents.

Conduct preliminary legal assessments to determine the viability of potential cases based on our firm's criteria.

Case Evaluation:

Utilize legal knowledge to evaluate potential client cases, specifically those related to motor vehicle accidents.

Documentation and Case Management:

Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of client information using LawRuler or similar case management systems.

Schedule appointments for potential clients to consult with experienced attorneys specialized in motor vehicle accidents.

Coordinate with legal staff to facilitate seamless communication and follow-up.

Additional Legal Duties:

Perform other legal-related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Stay updated on legal developments, especially those related to personal injury law and motor vehicle accidents.

Professional Communication:

Provide knowledgeable, professional, and courteous information to the general public.

Qualifications:
