Lead Mobile Developer (React Native)

Our client is a rapidly growing health tech company revolutionizing clinical medicine using tech. They are in a huge growth phase and are expanding their team by adding a Lead React Native Mobile Developer. Working closely with the CTO and CEO, take a leadership role in building and growing the mobile product and beyond.

This position is hybrid, two days per week onsite - downtown, Toronto.

Responsibilities:

Take over technical leadership if the mobile platform.

Work closely with the product designer to ensure excellent user experience, low crash/error rate, high-quality UI, and high engagement/retention rates.

Work closely with the Senior Mobile Developer, to ensure the mobile platform affords technical agility and rapid iteration.

Requirements:

7+ years experience with mobile development (React Native/Expo is a plus, but not required)

Experience with mobile product design

Experience working in a leadership capacity

Passion for the work you do and passion for improving other people’s lives

Health-tech, Nutrition-Tech or related experience (a plus, but not required)
