Job Location: Vadodara, Bengaluru, Pune or Noida - Hybrid Job Schedule: Rotational Shifts Required Experience: 10+ Years As a Microsoft Systems Compliance Administrator, the person will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our enterprise-level IT infrastructure.

They primarily focus on updates and patch compliance using tools like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Microsoft In tune.

Roles & Responsibilities: Update and Patch Management: The Systems Compliance Administrator ensures that all workstations and servers are updated with the latest software updates, patches,and security fixes.They utilize SCCM and Microsoft Intune to deploy and manage these updates efficiently.

Compliance Monitoring: They continuously monitor the compliance status of workstations and servers, ensuring that they meet the organization's standards and regulatory requirements.

This involves regularly reviewing reports and dashboards to identify non-compliant systems and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.

Documentation and Reporting: The Systems Compliance Administrator maintains accurate documentation of update and patch compliance activities, including logs, reports, and procedures.

They generate compliance reports and provide regular updates to management on the status of systems' compliance.

SCCM and Intune Administration: The Systems Compliance Administrator is responsible for administering and configuring SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

They manage-software distribution, update deployments, and set compliance settings to ensure effective and efficient system management.

After-Hours Support: The role requires flexibility to provide supportduring pre-scheduled after-hours or weekend work.

This may involve performing system updates, patches, or maintenance tasks outside regular business hours to minimize end-user disruption.

Collaboration and Communication: They collaborate with various teams,including IT, security,and operations, to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.

They communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing guidance and support-on compliance-related matters.

Skills Required: The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of SCCM and Microsoft Intune and experience managing update and patch compliance.

They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules are also essential for success in this role.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as an SCCM Compliance Administrator or similar role.

Microsoft SCCM certification Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
