We at Sterling Security are hiring professionals with prior law enforcement experience to join our team. This position requires a person with a strategic mindset who can lead and manage the security needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, which will be crucial in developing and implementing effective security strategies and managing a team of security personnel.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain the security and safety of our organization.

Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.

Review reports on incidents and breaches, investigate and resolve issues.

Provide training and guidance to security staff and other staff members.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and first responders as necessary.

Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.

Organize security functions at special events.

Perform regular audits to ensure security protocol compliance.

Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in law enforcement/military/correction required.

2. Proven experience as a security manager or similar role.

3. Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulations.

4. Ability to handle and respond effectively to emergency situations.

5. Experience with reporting and emergency response planning.

6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test. You must have reliable transportation and be able to work weekends and holidays.
