Job Description
We are seeking a full time help desk IT professional in the Portland, Vancouver area. This is a local position. Must live in Portland, Vancouver area and be able to go onsite to client's sites. 30% onsite 70% remote work from home or our offices.
Job responsibilities include:
o End User Technical Support Remote
o End User Technical Support Onsite
o Systems Monitoring and Reporting
Your technical capabilities should include some or all of the following:
o Must be able to troubleshoot effectively
o Comprehensive Windows Desktop knowledge
o Moderate cloud knowledge (365, Dropbox, Google Workplace, etc)
o Moderate networking / routing / firewall knowledge
o VoIP is a plus
o MacOS knowledge a plus
o Linux knowledge a plus
The position requires excellent communications and troubleshooting skills, patience and a friendly personality. Yet often busy, the work environment is rather relaxing. This position is for 70% remote work and 30% onsite at client sites.
We are an IT services company in business for 13 years. Salary is competitive. This is a salary position with quarterly profit sharing bonus, PTO, 401k and full paid health insurance. We are established and smart team with very low turnover.
3-5 years of experience desired. Less is acceptable if you can demonstrate your ability to learn very quickly.
