Specialty Brands Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 to 5

In-Office Edison, NJ location

The Specialty Brands Coordinator will support the Director of Specialty Brands and the Sales Director in organizational and administrative tasks related to each brand, including but not limited to: product data, brand information, sales and marketing materials, presentations, reporting, forecasting, inventory management and tradeshow planning. The Specialty Brands Coordinator will work with external and internal contacts to ensure that all product information is kept current, accurate, available, and communicated to the appropriate parties. In addition, the Specialty Brands Coordinator will maintain efficient processes for collecting and organizing information and materials, and problem-solve where needed. The Specialty Brands Coordinator will be trained in order processing to support in processing specialty brand sample orders or other sales orders when needed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Assist with collection and maintenance of accurate product information and specifications for all items related each specialty product line, including contact & communication with brand representatives to collect data, and coordination with internal contacts to establish new items, coordinate product photography, and maintain product lists, price lists and product catalogs.

· Work with the Specialty Brands Director to create and maintain price lists and promotional calendars, and support in communicating updates to the appropriate contacts.

· Coordinate creation and maintenance of supporting brand materials, sales presentations and company presentations.

· Assist in maintaining brand budgets.

· Utilize company software to run reports for tasks such as inventory analysis, forecasting, monthly/yearly sales data.

· Collaborate with internal warehouse and purchasing teams regarding inventory, purchasing and logistics issues.

· Order processing when needed for back-up, sample orders, or other one-off requests.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

· Italian language preferred: speaking, reading, writing

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Exceptional time-management, organizational & project management skills

· Self-starter willing to take initiative to problem-solve

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Positive attitude, team player
