**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Store Sales Manager to lead our Livingston location. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in retail management, a passion for trading cards and collectibles, and a deep appreciation for sports. This role involves enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence within the store.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and store sales.

- Manage and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.

- Manage inventory and stock control decisions effectively.

- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize profits.

- Address customer issues and concerns professionally.

- Train and develop staff, providing feedback and performance evaluations.

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven track record as a Retail Manager or similar managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, and sports is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership capability with a focus on motivating a team.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and work under pressure.

- High school diploma required; BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
