Individuals in this role are responsible for contacting potential candidates using our CRM-linked dialing assistant to introduce our client's firm with the goal of setting an appointment with the candidate to learn more about our client's firm. Commissions are paid on new placements. This is a Full-Time position.
Candidates must be:
Self-starters
Energetic
Driven to succeed
Sales experience - with recruiting and telemarketing a plus
Be comfortable introducing themselves to new people and capable of building relationships
Looking to expand their knowledge and want to advance their career within a rapidly growing organization
Telemarketing and sales experience
Knowledge of the financial services industry, in particular the Wealth Management industry (preferred)
Comfortable spending extended periods of time on the phones cold-calling. Leads are provided.
$45,000 per year + bonuses and Commissions
Expected Year 1 compensation +/- $48,000 to $90,000
Expected Year 2 compensation +/- $90,000 to $120,000
Expected Year 3 compensation +/- $120,000 to $150,000
Expected Year 4 compensation +/- $150,000+
