Our client is looking for a Mobile Applications Architect for a 6-month contract in Irving, TX.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience building applications using Android / iOS.

4+ years of experience in one of Cloud technologies – AWS.

6+ years of experience in a relational and flat file database technology.

4+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs.

4+ years of experience with a Junit, Selenium, Cucumber JS unit testing library (Jest, Mocha).

Expertise in mobile applications development.

Expertise in RESTful APIs development.

Expertise in CI/CD development.

Expertise in Instrumentation and debugging post production deployment issues.

Attention to detail.

Expertise with CICD pipelines and deploying apps to stores..

Expertise in MVVM Architecture.

Expertise in Dependency injection, Annotations.

Experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning and optimization.

Experience with localization/internationalization of the applications.

Experience with security protocols in the mobile applications eco system.

Experience Hands-on backend microservices & API development using Node.js, REST, JSON, Docker, NoSQL databases and Tomcat with full ownership of software architecture, design and development.

Desired Skills & Experience

Ability to work in an Agile /SCRUM environment.

Familiar with frameworks such as Angular, Ionic and native app development.

Familiarity with code versioning tools - Git (Gitlab).

Exposure to retail industry, experience with e-commerce applications.
