Looking for A Manufacturing and Corporate Recruiter

Temp to perm for right employee.

Job Description:

Recruiting (85%)

• Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close out process and new hire onboarding

• Lead consultative recruiting planning session with key stakeholders to establish expectations, timelines for the recruiting process and create a desired candidate profile

• Develop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager and HR team

• Managing professional level requisitions (30+ open requisitions) in multiple locations

• Passive recruitment – source, evaluate and qualify top talent; expert using LinkedIn Recruiter

• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director, Talent Acquisition

• Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director, Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required.

Compliance/Administration (15%)

• Administer hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran’s hiring guidelines, and other government compliance requirements (OFCCP)

• Maintain and manage a well–developed network of candidates and / or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively.

• Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required.

SCHEDULE MON-FRI 8AM-5PM

PAYRATE $40-$55PER HOUR

Minimum Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting and/or relevant Technical/Industry Experience

Additional Preferred Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

• Advanced knowledge with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures

• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research.

• Advanced knowledge of the professional search process, recruiting process, the non-exempt and temporary staffing industry and employment law

• Fluent in G-Suite

• Advanced proficiency in ATS systems, Workday

• Successfully manage, prioritize and close recruiting searches within a timeline, using benchmarks and metrics.

• Demonstrated reputation for finding and closing hard-to-find candidates.

• Demonstrate exceptional customer and account management, organization, strong verbal and written communication skills, pushback and sense of urgency and a deep understanding of providing sophisticated customer service.
