**Line and Grade Manager - Take Your Career to the Next Level**

As a Line and Grade Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our layout activities, ensuring safe and accurate work, and collaborating with project leaders to identify improvement opportunities. You'll build strong relationships with our Line and Grade Crews, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and maintain our black book for recruitment efforts.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead layout activities, adhering to quality control requirements

* Manage installation of on-site layouts

* Direct and oversee the work of direct reports

* Ensure a safe work environment

* Participate in training and certifications

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent, with 8 years of related experience

* Minimum of 5 years as a Party Chief

* Knowledge of all phases of concrete and building construction
