· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

· PE License – Registered in the state of Texas

· 10+ years’ experience

· Experienced with Hydrology and Hydraulic, Roadway Design, and Sidewalk & Bikeway Design

· Project Management experience preferred
