Full Time

Columbus, OH or Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid Negotiable)

We are looking for an Implementation Leader to own the end-to-end implementation process alongside our Community Health Center (CHC) and Health System partners. This is a leadership role - level may vary depending on the candidate experience and skill set.

This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Provider + Community Partnerships.

Key Deliverables:

The Implementation Leader has complete project accountability for the entire implementation project life cycle of new partner implementations from the project kick-off through the implementation effective date and hand-off to operations.

Serves as the primary point of contact for the partner and is responsible for an efficient implementation, demonstrating product knowledge, achieving the highest level of quality, and a WOW experience that drives results for our partners and patients.

Collaborates with Enablement, Marketing, Analytics, Clinical Operations and other leaders.

Executes WOW clinical, operations, and financial performance reports to partners and provides account management support for executive sponsor(s).

Completes full discovery of partner, policies, and procedures so AndHealth staff are compliant and collaborative throughout partnership implementation.

Owns the documentation of key decisions and full model specifications for each partner in an Implementation and Configuration Guide that is delivered by the first phase of implementation and maintained through partnership. What you’ll do in the role:

Understanding AndHealth programs: Begin by thoroughly understanding the assumptions underlying the AndHealth programs. This involves reviewing project documentation, conducting stakeholder interviews, and analyzing relevant data to gain insight into the program's objectives, target audience, and expected outcomes.

Understanding Partner Policies and Procedures: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand partner policies and procedures. Ensure that AndHealth staff are fully informed and compliant with partner requirements throughout the program implementation process. Facilitate clear communication channels between AndHealth teams and partners to promptly address policy-related concerns.

Maintain and Update Project Artifacts: Take ownership of maintaining accurate project plans, status reports, and other implementation project artifacts. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and any changes to timelines or deliverables.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor the implementation process to identify any problems or opportunities that arise. When issues or roadblocks emerge, take proactive steps to address them, provide timely and practical solutions to partners, and keep implementation processes on track. This involves maintaining open lines of communication with partners and conducting regular progress reviews, whether revising project plans, reallocating resources, or implementing new strategies to overcome obstacles.

Continuous Improvement to Optimize Processes: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from partners and stakeholders, reviewing lessons learned from each project phase, and incorporating best practices into future implementations for existing or new programs. This iterative approach ensures that AndHealth programs evolve and adapt to meet partners' changing needs.

Build Trusted Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure all systems are properly configured, tested, and ready for launch before transitioning to the operations team.

Other Duties as Assigned: Remain flexible and adaptable to take on additional responsibilities to support and grow AndHealth partnerships. Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission and objectives while contributing to its success.Education & Licensure Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.

10+ years of experience in project management and leadership.

Experience managing multiple medium-large complex projects.

Account management, healthcare/insurance experience desired.

Outstanding project management skills: organized, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent interpersonal skills; highly invested in developing strong relationships with customer partners and colleagues.

Proactive and sensitive to customer partner needs.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience presenting to executive sponsors, customer partners, and all levels of management.

Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet the needs of customer partners and colleagues.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and delivery with commitment to achieving project goals and deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

(PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months.
