Position: Mental Health Therapist serving Children, Adolescents, and Adults.

Who we are looking for: A Therapist serving Children, Adolescents, Families, and Adults. Clinicians who have unique specialties such as EMDR/CPT/TF-CBT training, Art Therapy, Gottman Training, Sand Tray therapy, or something else unique are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluate mental health diagnoses and facilitate individual, group, and family psychotherapy.

Utilize creativity and humor in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Full-time status clinicians will maintain a caseload of minimum 25 client visits per week.

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.

Maintain documentation according to common sense company policies and procedures.

Coordinate services with other Ellie staff, families, work personnel, medical professionals, and school staff as needed.

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team building activities.

Generate ideas during team meetings to help reduce burnout, develop new practice initiatives, increase job satisfaction, and create an enjoyable office atmosphere.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must have an LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.

Masters degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related field.

Willingness to enjoy the work environment, use humor and creativity in the counseling process, and engage colleagues in case consultations.What we have to offer:
