$65,000.00 - $125,000.00depending on the experience

Performance-based pay or bonuses are available based on monthly sales goals

Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and execute assigned electrical service calls as scheduled through Dispatch software.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with office staff and management, providing updates on job progress, challenges, and any pertinent information.

Prepare accurate estimates for electrical repairs and installations based on assessments during service calls.

Perform electrical repairs and installations in compliance with industry standards, demonstrating precision and quality workmanship.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repairs, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Job requirements

Maintain a clean and valid driver's record, demonstrating responsible and safe driving habits

Hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license, authorizing work in the state of Texas

Ideally, possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical work, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency in the field

Opportunity to grow into a Department Manager overseeing the electrical department
