What You Bring to the Table

Control the time, cost and quality of construction projects.

Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process including hiring subcontractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Plan and coordinate an effective preconstruction meeting with Field Supervision and Preconstruction.

Develop a comprehensive project business plan with the project team.

Conduct effective pre-job meetings with all Subcontractors addressing schedule, quality, safety and phasing/coordination between trades.

Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrates a willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, Viewpoint, and Raken.
