You will work 8-hour shifts.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PROGRAM MANAGER

As the Program Manager for the RIP Program at Volunteer Behavioral Health, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at the development and implementation of this parent-implemented program for young children and their families who are experiencing challenging behaviors. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the program, ensuring its smooth functioning and effectiveness. Your exemplary duties will include training, administrative activities, evaluation, and program development for the RIP program. Additionally, you will assume various roles such as case manager, liaison service provider, childcare school intervention provider, marketing staff, resource consultant, and program aid as needed. As part of your responsibilities, you will submit monthly data reports to the State Technical Assistant (TA) and prepare semi-annual and annual reports to the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS) and TA. Conducting intake interviews and engaging in community information and marketing activities will also be part of your role. Collaboration and coordination will be key in your position as you work closely with staff and the State TA. Furthermore, you will provide supervision to the RIP Aide (Classroom Coordinator), Parent Case Manager, and Resource Consultant, ensuring their professional growth and development. Here's what we need from you:

Bachelor's degree in special education, psychology, elementary education, early childhood education, social work, or another related field

1+ years of experience in a related field
