Accounting Positions Available

Spring has sprung and we are in need of hearty accounting talent to grow and thrive at our Phil Long Honda and Phil Long Glenwood springs Subaru stores!

Various Roles including, but not limited to:

Car Deal "Biller" - responsible for posting the car deal sales into the general ledger.

Title Clerk - prepares dealer paperwork for the DMV's.

Accounts Payable - posting of incoming invoices and subsequent payment.

Accounts Receivable - cash deposits and reconciliation.

Warranty Administrator - process factory warranty claims.

General Accountant - responsible for reconciliations and accounting entries.

"Plant"

Experience with Auto Dealerships is a plus, but not required.

Accounting knowledge preferred

Strong sense of urgency and follow through

Desire to learn and grow

Ability to identify, review and investigate problems.

Strong attention to detail

Posses good time management skills

Must posses a strong work ethic

Firm understanding of deadline accountability

Proficiency and accuracy while multi tasking

Juggling

Compensation will be fair and commensurate with experience

Ranging from $20/hour-$26/hour
