Job Description:

Awesome Smiles Dental Center is an award-winning full-service dental office specializing in providing VIP dental services to our patients. We are seeking a gifted and talented dental assistant to join our team of professionals. We truly believe when you change your smile, you change your life.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in various dental procedures including but not limited to temporary crowns, implants, orthodontic aligners

- Perform tasks such as taking impressions, scanning, managing labs, and maintaining supplies

- Provide efficient patient care, including notetaking and scheduling

- Contribute to a positive and motivational atmosphere for both patients and team members

- Adapt and learn new technologies and dental techniques as part of continuous professional development

- Have your team's back

Qualifications:

- A minimum of two years of experience as a dental assistant with x-ray certification

- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care

- A proactive approach with a strong sense of integrity and ownership

- Ability and willingness to develop hand skills and learn new procedures

- A positive attitude that contributes to team motivation

- Strong communication skills to discuss treatment and alleviate fear and confusion with patients

- Love to FLOSS and travel for learning opportunities and experiences
