A to Z Quality Fencing is looking for looking for a talented Fence Installer to join our growing team. You will assist the team lead(s) and project manager with a variety of tasks, while learning the basics of being a Fencepert!

Primary Responsibilities

Install (assembling) and repairing fences, and gates- wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum

Measure and cut the fence material for custom sections

Checking for proper spacing, alignment, and height

Unloading product for the team leads- Set fence posts, rails, and lines

Preparing the site by doing possible hand digging

Removing old fences

Great customer service

Ensure the truck has all the equipment and fencing materials for the day of work, and the load is secure

Qualifications

Valid driver’s License/good driving record

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Capacity to fulfill our duties independently and on time

Familiarity with hand tools

Good hand-eye coordination

Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 70 pounds

Performs work involving kneeling, crouching, crawling or other uncomfortable positions

Ability to work long hours outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions

Labor (no experience) $20-$23 /hr

Fence installer- $24-$26 /hr
