Job Description:
The Dancy Group is seeking an experienced Insurance Administrative Specialist to join our practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-application process, processing applications, policy delivery process, providing administrative support and, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in customer service.
We offer a base salary based on experience within a range of $35,000-$45,000 per year, Monday to Friday Work schedule, a private office, and on-site paid parking. If you are an empathetic, detail-oriented, effective communicator, with a passion for helping clients, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
Building and sustaining strong customer relationships
Maintain clients updates and follow up on inquiries, services, and premium payments
Contact clients regarding past-due invoices or late fees
Efficiently utilize spreadsheets to analyze, assess and record data.
Communicate with practice owner to share and discuss all important information
File all necessary documents to remain organized and compliant with the applicable laws and regulations.
Document retention based on practice owner's needs
Ordering office supplies as needed (postage, licensing renewals, printer paper)
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. Associates degree/bachelor's degree is a BONUS
1-2 years of administrative experience and customer service experience
Must have Microsoft Office Suite experience, specifically Excel spreadsheets
Basic computer software knowledge including typing skills and experience using a multi-line phone system.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
Ability to be open-minded, and practice active listening to comprehend and process information.
Professional interaction in an office setting to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
