Lightning Mechanical, LLC has an opening for an HVAC Estimating Office Assistant

This position requires a candidate with scheduling and appointment confirmation experience along with general office knowledge including but not limited to Field Service Management, Adobe, Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Some Daily Duties would include emailing & confirming estimates/appointments, answering phones, and matching packing lists to purchase orders

This is a Full Time On Site position with a starting pay of $20/ hour plus benefits. Our office is located in Maplewood NJ and requires the candidate consider this before applying. 8 hour day with flexible start time of 8-9 am, with some availability for staff meetings (3-6 pm)
