POSITION SUMMARY:

Achieve your new business volume objectives through program development, tracking and scorecarding, working with the field team and creating targets for the group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

Develop monthly and annual new business programs including contracts, blitz programming and promotions

Understand the market opportunities with a deep understanding of channel expertise.

Expand the relationships with existing customers by uncovering opportunities to grow new locations.

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Track year over year new business results for first 3 years of new accounts

Deliver pre-established targets to the field sales team for foodservice new business

Assist the field in hard to win/sign accounts

Create P&L scenarios when needed for new accounts

Performs other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 5 years Sales/New Business experience; OR 7 years Sales/New Business experience.

Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Related training or certification.

Experience working in a team environment.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Potential earning is from $62,400.00 to $80,000.00 annually
