A leading investment firm with a collaborative culture is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to support their Investor Relations team. This is a great opportunity for an eager, intelligent and team-oriented assistant to join a top-tier firm.
Location: Greenwich, CT. This is a hybrid role in the office 3 days/week
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, flexibility for overtime
Salary commensurate with experience: $90-110k base range + paid overtime (5-10 hours/weekly on average) + bonus, top benefits, 401k, PTO package and free lunch & gym
Responsibilities:
Extensive Outlook scheduling and calendar management
Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
Process expense reports via Concur
Utilize Salesforce for tracking investor calls, meetings, prospect mailbox and other departmental processes
Prepare presentations and meeting materials
Help coordinate and execute events for internal and clients
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
2-4 years of solid administrative experience with a track record of professional success; financial services experience strongly preferred but not essential. Experience working within Investor Relations is a plus.
BA/BS preferred with solid academic performance
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with event planning is highly preferred
Maturity and high degree of professionalism
