Director Healthcare Risk Management / Patient Safety & Compliance

DIRECTOR OF HEALTHCARE RISK MANAGEMENT / PATIENT SAFETY OFFICER & COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Location: Murietta, CA

Relocation: Yes - Package paid for by Employer

Compensation: to $180,000* base salary + bonus + sign-on + full benefits

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Director of Healthcare Risk Management also serves as the Hospital Patient Safety Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. you will report directly to the CEO of our Healthcare Organization. As the Director, you will lead all aspects surrounding Risk Management including:

Directing and Supervising Day to Day Safety & Risk Operations

Developing and Implementing new Safety and Risk Programs

Coordinating & Overseeing all Regulatory Compliance initiatives as it relates to Risk & Safety (HIPPA, PCI, etc)

ABOUT YOU (the Required stuff)

5+ years leading Healthcare Risk & Compliance initiatives

Strong Management (Director level) and Leadership experience

4+ years of experience in an Acute Care Facility

College Degree (Masters Preferred)

At least one of the following Certifications:

CPHRM

CPHQ
