Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering financial data correctly and accurately into a proprietary software program to allow automotive dealerships to calculate retail and lease finance deals.

What You'll Do:

Complete numerical data entry in a timely and accurate fashion.

Prioritize daily work in a logical and orderly manner.

Must have analytical data entry skills and learn continually as programs change and update.

Able to take information, retain and assist team members with new lender updates and information.

Work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and be able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Communicate, show initiative, and be willing to perform duties like doing lender data and re-checks.

What You'll Have:

High School graduate or GED

Analytical data entry skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

Must be very detail-oriented

Shows a positive attitude, is adaptable, and possesses a strong work ethic

Displays excellent written and oral communication skills.
