Director of Accounting

An investment firm in the property development space is looking for a Director of Accounting to join their team. This person will lead a small team and The ideal candidate is someone with the following background:

-6+ years working as a professional accountant

-4+years in real estate accounting

-CPA and/or Big 4 experience

-Chinese Bilingual

The role is onsite in Long Island and the range for the role is $140,000-$170,000k base salary with a strong bonus package.
