Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffees & Teas and full service beverage programs, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to grow our Convenience Store coffee business within our distributor partners. This is an opportunity for a creative sales professional to identify potential customers, generate and develop new business, and maintain active business relationships with new and existing customers. The Sales Representative will present a mix of products, services, and solutions to meet customers' business needs; develop a complete understanding of Ronnoco's products and equipment in order to provide exceptional customer service; and consistently develop new business and meet sales goals. This position will require overnight travel.

Responsibilities:

Foster existing customer relationships as well as acquire new business through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visits

Evaluate market trends, recommend products, and utilize sampling of product cuttings to meet customers' business goals

Provide exceptional customer service - answer questions based on products, availability, pricing, and applications

Provide product information and practical training to our customer's employees

Remain informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products and pricing

Prepare and deliver customer contracts, proposals, and presentations, and follow up with key decision makers

Exceed customer expectations by acting proactively, professionally, and in a positive manner, and by resolving all customer complaints and issues

Contact accounts regularly to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction Ronnoco's products and services

Qualifications:

3+ years' professional sales experience, including cold calling experience

Professional appearance and attitude

Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to use database management systems or CRM to provide, organize, and track customer information

Ability to provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally

Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with all teams

Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment

Team player

Ability to maintain confidentiality

High school diploma required, college degree preferred

Must be able to pass drug test and physical

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand for long periods of time
