Job Summary:

As a Salesforce AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance business processes, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, data scientists, and Salesforce administrators, to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions. This role requires expertise in both Salesforce technologies and artificial intelligence/machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Architect end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics) and external AI/ML services. Design scalable and efficient solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights and define solution architecture.

AI Model Development: Lead the development of AI models and algorithms to address specific business problems. Implement machine learning techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning, using relevant tools and frameworks.

Integration: Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing Salesforce applications and external systems. Ensure data flows smoothly between different components and platforms while maintaining data integrity and security.

Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce platforms to support AI functionality. Implement custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules as needed to enable AI-driven processes.

Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models and algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability. Fine-tune parameters, implement caching strategies, and leverage distributed computing resources to maximize efficiency.

Testing and Validation: Develop test cases and perform thorough testing of AI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with requirements. Conduct validation with end users to gather feedback and iteratively improve the solution.

Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for AI solutions, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals. Provide training and support to developers, administrators, and end users on using and maintaining AI functionality.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies, AI/ML techniques, and industry trends. Continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance AI capabilities and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.

Proven experience designing and implementing AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and proficiency in customization and configuration.

Strong expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, Python, or similar.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile Accelerator) is a plus.

Familiarity with data management, data integration, and data governance best practices.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
