Requirements:

Role: Data Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai

EXP: 3-7 Years

Note: Looking immediate Joiner- 15 days

Position Overview:

Work with stakeholders to understand the problem and automate the same using python.

Convert MS-Excel data into python Data Frames or other relevant object type and perform operations to reduce/eliminate manual efforts.

Integrate data to turn them into insights to drive better and faster decision-making.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, internal engineering and development teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.

Understand functional requirement and recommend technical feasibility.

Ensure best coding practices and standards are followed.

Ensure non-functional requirements are being addressed adequately

Participate in interface design and coordinate report development and enhancement activities.

Develop scripts to automate data related tedious and time consuming activities.

Maintain developed scripts and enhance as per requirements.

Problem Solving with overall coordination with all team members to ensure closure for cross functional services.

Create technical documentation.

Periodically update project/task status to Project Manager.

Provide timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback to direct reports.

Requirement:

Experience: 3- 7 Years

Intermediate level Python programming skills.

Must be able to understand and write SQL queries.

Must have experience in data analytics libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib.

Must have experience with SQL Alchemy Library for running SQL queries with Pandas.

Should understand HTML/XML parsing.

Efficiency in Object Oriented Programming in python is a plus.

Good to have knowledge or hands-on experience with web frameworks like Django or Flask.

Should have experience with web scrapping.

Good to have Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Good Problem-Solving skills.

Should be able to develop reusable, efficient, testable, and scalable code.

Should be able to work with MS-Excel
