SLM (SAP Landscape Modernization) testing work globally including test scope management, new project intake, test data management and test automation

Test Automation:

a. Current State assessments:

• Understand the current state by attending knowledge transition meetings.

• Collaborate with Client’s SLM team to outline the gaps. Estimate the efforts required to refine the prerequisites and outline steps required to update the test automation strategy

• Align timelines and roles and responsibilities with staff defined in this SOW. Align on additional staffing needs if any.

b. Coordinate to define the Test Automation strategy:

• Outline steps to conduct proof of concept on sample of automation test cases

• Collaborate with Client’s SLM team to understand the impact assessment process, work with program teams and business to understand the changes to business processes,

• Collaborate with Client’s SLM team to define/update the automation test case traceability template, as needed.

• Coordinate forecasting holistic effort required to create/update test automation scripts for S/4HANA brownfield. Create a sample estimation model.

• Create automation timeline, milestones and activities including status reporting and roles and responsibilities

• Recommend criteria required to estimate the number of licenses for considered automation tools

c. Coordinate on Executing the automation strategy

• Coordinate with Client’s SLM to understand the volume of test automation work, teams, and timelines

• Estimate the resources required for executing the automation strategy and align on staffing needs if any.

• Collaborate on Client’s SLM to evaluate tasks that can be completed
