Analyst - Banking Operations

Razorpay, Mumbai is hiring an Analyst - Banking Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Razorpay’s partner banks to get their merchants onboarded on Razorpay

• Understand and respond to various queries raised by both internal and external stakeholders

• Deliver against the set operational targets for assigned activities

• Deliver strong working relationships with all the stakeholders, both external and internal

• Ensuring adherence to a well-defined operational process set up for the assigned activities

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 0-3 years of overall experience of which experience in the payments space either with banks, payment aggregators or fintechs companies will be given high preference

• Experience in operational role will be given preference
