Mandate Skill:

Candidate should have Knowledge on Azure AD custom policies with B2B and B2C, authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML).

Tools like GraphAPI and POSTMAN, Powershell, CLIs

Candidates with an Identity and Security Management profile in Azure will be a good fit.

Role Description:

•Need Azure AD Engineer who is passionate in research and provide solutions on Azure AD services.

•Should have good programming logic and problem-solving skills.

•Respond and analyze complex queries of technical and functional nature not in routine and require deviation from standard procedures.

Responsibilities:

•Engaging directly with Azure developers and IT professionals in forums to answer technical questions and help solve technical problems.

•Solve highly complex problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty; may include support of additional product line.

•Develop code samples, quick-start and how-to guides helping customers understand complex cloud scenarios.

•Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to customers and developers.

•Adapt response and extensive research as per customer response.

•Candidate should demonstrate great accountability, customer obsession and technical leadership.

•Good team spirit and good oral/written communication skills in English.

•Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions.

•Improving internal efficiency and customer happiness by actively finding opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and tools.

Required Technical Skills:

•Programming languages like C# (DotNet), Asp.net mvc, asp.net core to integrate with azure ad.

•Querying Microsoft graph Api using ex: dotnet, javascript, python.

•Usage of powershell, azure CLI /bash in azure active directory

•Creating app in azure ad and calling web Apis or graph api and knowledge on scopes and API permissions.

•Strong understanding of AD Attributes, LDAP Queries, PowerShell Scripting to Modify AD Attributes, Group Policy Analysis, GPO Configuration Item-Level Targeting, Workstation Configurations, Browser Configuration Settings, familiarity with View and other Applications that integrated with Active Directory

•Strong knowledge of permissions that are granted natively to various Microsoft Built-In Groups to perform Active Directory Administrative Functions, knowledge of native permissions granted when building AD objects, knowledge of permissions granted natively to Built-In Groups via GPOs and/or Local Policies

•Analysis, design, capacity planning and implementation of Active Directory Security

•Troubleshooting Active Directory performance, authentication, and replication issues

•Analyze the issues reported by business users and fix the code.

Azure AD B2C:

•Experience / knowledge with Azure MFA, SSO, Azure AD B2C, Azure RBAC, Azure AD IDM, authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML)

•Working with custom policies: Designing custom policies for MFA and TOTP authentication, creating optional claims and attributes and including them in custom policies.

•Using tools like POSTMAN, Graph API, Swagger

Additional skills:

•Act as a technical escalation point within the team. Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions. Consistently share best practices with team members and help create a knowledge base article to solve/workaround that issue.

•Good communication and presentation abilities along with excellent Problem-Solving skills

•Ability to build good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues.

•Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation, and best practice
