Job Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage data entry and documentation processes.

- Ensure timely updates and maintenance of vehicle documents.

- Track and handle expiring documents to ensure timely renewals.

- Create and maintain master data entries.

- Coordinate tasks and activities with supervisors.

- Reconcile expenses and advances for driver accounts.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations or a related role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
