Job Description:

They say a camel is a horse designed by committee. But here at Elite Interiors, we're not settling for camels. We're aiming for unicorns, and nothing less. As a Junior Interior Designer / Design Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of this mission. Your responsibilities will include space planning, interior design, FF&E selection, and preparing detailed drawings in 2D CAD or layout. You'll also dive into BOQ and BOM preparation, ensuring quality checks at every step of the way. And that's not all – you'll be meeting clients alongside our Lead Designer or Business Head, bringing their dreams to life with your vision.

Job Requirements:

Interior design and FF&E knowledge are a must.

Proficiency in technical drawings and cabinet installation processes.

Familiarity with Google SketchUp and other 3D visualization tools.

Self-motivated with a drive to be the best.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, layout, Enscape, MS Office, and other design software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A go-to person for any design discussion or conundrum.

Ability to conduct on-site observations and provide actionable recommendations.

Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in B.Arch/B.Des (B.E. candidates with interior design industry experience are also welcome).

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the design industry, specifically in residential interiors.

Familiarity with modular technology, civil works, and services.

Proficiency in Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, MS Office, and other design tools.
