Job Title: MEP Manager (Electrical Engineering Specialization), Pune

Experience:

• 10-12 years in managing MEP functions within Real Estate companies, Facility Management, Shopping Mall Maintenance, and Multi-Tenant IT Buildings.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the assigned projects.

2. Provide leadership in the planning, execution, and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure optimal functionality.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MEP requirements into overall project plans.

4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

5. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance system reliability.

6. Manage and coordinate with external contractors for MEP-related projects and services.

7. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely completion.

8. Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge in electrical engineering and stay updated on industry advancements.

9. Utilize sharp commercial acumen to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

10. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

11. Demonstrate proficiency in IT skills for project management and reporting.

Language Skills:

• Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or instrumentation engineering. MBA operations preferred.

• Proven experience of 10-12 years in MEP management roles.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
