Job Responsiblities:

Good Knowledge of Linux Basic Troubleshooting of Linux servers Hands-on on production servers is well good Creating ticket regarding any servers issues knowledge about Linux monitoring tools Health check of new Exadata Servers Escalation if any alert showing while health check Health check of new PCA Servers Mail Monitoring SR monitoring, generating & follow up on My Support Oracle Application Activity Field task creation assign Eng. follow-up for activity Activity schedule (Gate pass creation), Part inward & Outward Case ID, Call ID generation on Service now site Manage engine application alert monitoring and resolving OEM agent server status monitoring and issue resolving Basic troubleshooting of Solaris, Linux Housekeeping of server Solaris Pav Activity, ilom snapshot User creation and making server password less in Linux servers Housekeeping of Linux/Solaris servers BE and Seep Utilities Creation on server Maintaining Server hardware of Exadata Patching on servers,adding route to server Pav activity, Pca patching, pav activity, ilom snapshot FC UAT Staging server patching done Making Weekly report every day
