Key Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the understanding of the product from its drawing provided from product tooling

for the development.

To responsible for the development of the model/mould design with the standard best practices

established in the same.

To learn from existing product configurations and develop standard mould designs for each product

category.

To work with related functions considering the inputs for an easier manufacturing process with less

defects and high productivity.

Continue to improve the process and method of the production. Assist the department to improve the

productivity.

To be responsible for POP molds production and supply as per plan

To be responsible for 5S of the department, that includes workstation, tools, machinery management

and storage.

To be responsible for the day-to-day shop floor activities

To be responsible for developing the subordinates and team members

Specific Skillset

-Geometrical drawings

- Hand modelling & good craftsmanship

- Proactive

- Good Communication skill.

- Analytical and Problem Solving

- Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft 365

- Good teamwork

- Authoritative in implementing SOPs

Qualification: Bachelor of Fine Arts, specialization in ceramic design (BFA)

Experience : 2-5 Years
