Position Title: Senior/Project Director (Qualitative)

Nature of work: Project Management Role in Qualitative Research

Job Location: Delhi/Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

client relationships, collaborating closely to understand their needs and tailor research approaches for maximum impact.

the development of comprehensive research proposals for qualitative studies, defining objectives, methodologies, recruitment strategies, and logistical arrangements

complex qualitative research projects, including IDIs, focus groups, online communities, and ethnographic studies.

in-depth interview guides, discussion topics, and observation protocols that effectively elicit rich and relevant data.

and implement innovative qualitative research methodologies (e.g., online communities, mobile ethnography) based on project needs.

cost estimates in line with the management guidelines and approved by the Operations Team/PM

moderate in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, and online communities, demonstrating expertise in facilitation techniques and ensuring participant engagement.

complex ethnographic research, including participant observation, interviews, and artifact analysis, capturing nuanced contextual data.

the qualitative data analysis process, including coding, theme identification, and pattern recognition using advanced software

compelling presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders, utilizing storytelling techniques and data visualization (e.g., storyboards, mind maps) to effectively communicate complex findings.

Prerequisites

or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Sciences, Economics or a related field.
