Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer at LoanTap Financial Technologies located in Pune. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the CFO will be planning, budgeting, implementing, and controlling all F&A, Taxation, Treasury, ALM, Capital & Cash Management, Cost & Expense Management, Legal, Audit and Insurance related activities & directing overall financial policies of the company to ensure timely, accurate and efficient financial systems, processes, reporting & compliance. The CFO shall also have communication and support responsibilities on matters relating to shareholder relationships and Board of Directors reporting, communication and follow-up. Core focus would be overlooking various functions such as Finance, Legal, Accounts and Secretarial.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of post-qualification experience at a senior level (CFO / Dy CFO / Financial Controller), preferably in the financial services sector.

Candidates holding CFO/Dy CFO positions in NBFCs, with deep knowledge of Indian accounting and statutory laws will be preferred.

Business acumen, leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset and an impeccable integrity are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

Experience in the financial technology industry

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector

Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
