MEP Manager

Manager – MEP Module Manufacturing Line.

Ensure end to end execution of MEP works for a given project

Work closely with the contractors to ensure timely availability of manpower, material requirement for execution of MEP work.

Work on the current construction site under the direction of the HO to ensure that the project of HVAC & M.E.P is completed safely and on time.

Complete project planning, monitoring, controlling and coordination of all activities with contractors and vendors

Ensuring installation, testing and commissioning of electrical LV & HV, DG and ELV systems

Good knowledge of factory and warehouse construction

Monitoring (Process Control, Quality Control, Time Management, Managing Team Member) & Preparation of HVAC & PLUMBING processes for smooth work at the site

Quality Control of AHU, DHU Machine, and material of plumbing (Conducting quality and safety inspections and site safety)

Ensure the timely completion of work as per schedule.

Promptly report daily and field problems to the HO.

Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure timely receipt of drawings, PO, WO for all MEP works; Highlight concerns / issues and provide inputs on the feasibility / practicality of execution

Conduct project review meetings with the project team, consultants and contractors; Ensure timely highlighting and resolution of quality related issues, timelines and other issues

Conduct certification of joint measurements and bills.

Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

Coordinate with site PMC for day to day activities; Maintain and implement check lists, methodologies and work procedures for all works.

Coordinate with other departments like civil, purchase department and stores to ensure smooth functioning of the project

Maintain project site reporting mechanisms and issue resolution procedures to ensure timely communication of critical information from the projects sites; Continuously monitor the project budget, resource requirements, cycle time and productivity levels

Certification of joint measurements and bills.

Ensure quality of all MEP works as per industry standards.

Oversee quality processes and norms are followed. Assure quality defects are corrected and approve quality reports post correction of defects.

Conduct training of all employees within the department

Required Candidate profile

B. Tech/ BE (Electrical) with 8-10 years of experience in construction of High Rise residential buildings, Factories, & ware houses. Special Preference for candidate having experience of Solar Module Manufacturing Line.

Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and design domain

Excellent knowledge of civil and architecture
