Hardoll is a leading brand name in the solar light industry, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager proficient in both English and Hindi to join our dynamic team. Candidates must be currently residing in Thrissur due to the need for local market knowledge and in-person client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.

Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Train and mentor the sales team members, ensuring that they are equipped with up-to-date industry knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.

Ability to communicate customer needs and sales opportunities clearly and effectively.

Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
