Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Buld a team by Identifying and recruiting top sales talent & referral consultants from own personal, professional & social networks.
Mentor the team members to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Degree/diploma in Business Management will be an added advantage.
3+ years' of sales experience, with exposure to team leadership role preferably.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
