Role- FAO Transformation Lead

Skill - Exp in doing end to end Digital Transformation in Finance Domain in BPS enviorment.

Role-

Job Overview: An Engagement Manager will play a vital role in leading the Consulting Projects related to Finance and Accounting to ensure successful execution of such projects. Role demands to work closely with the Finance Controller office to drive process changes, automations, and transformation, create baseline, assess, and drive change and create value impact. Should have the ability to interact with key business stakeholders and influence without authority.

Qualification:

• Conversant with business process and technology transformation

• Preference - Retail Industry exposure, used SAP FICO in earlier job.

• Working knowledge on process improvement methodology such as Lean Six Sigma etc

Must have skills:

• Extensive consulting experience in the field of Finance and Accounting.

• Strong hands-on experience across Industry sectors. If from Industry Pool - Heading finance functions in RCPG in a reputed large/mid-size Company will be an added advantage.

• Track record of delivering at all levels within an organization both business & IT (digital) capabilities. Key responsibilities:

Client Collaboration:

• Building and further maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients addressing their consulting related inquiries and ensuring overall satisfaction.

• Proactively communicate with clients about potential challenges and propose effective solutions.

Scope Management:

• Work closely with clients to define project scope and objectives.

• Ensure Project deliverables are aligned with client expectations and contractual requirements.

• Work in collaboration with Engagement Directors to address any concerns / issues and ensure timely resolution for faster and excellent results.

Project Execution and Quality Assurance:

• Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery phase of client consulting engagements.

• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and requirement of consulting resources for ongoing and upcoming opportunities.

• Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. Ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Stakeholders’ communication & Team Leadership:

• Maintain regular connects & communication with internal teams and clients regarding project status and updates.

• Conduct status meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders engaged.

• Inspire and lead project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Promote professional development within the team members.

Financial Management & Continuous Improvement:

• Manage Project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

• Work closely with unit PMO & Account team to ensure financial compliance.

• Stay Abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements & efficiency gains within the engagement management process.
